Vivint Solar, Inc. and Solmetric Corporation merged on January 23, 2014
The closing of the merger completed Vivint Solar's acquisition of Xandex Investments portfolio company Solmetric in an all cash transaction. Solmetric Corporation, a dominant developer of photovoltaic installation instruments and software products, became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vivint Solar.
